Who is responsible for Cardhigher, on what terms it is used, and who owns the cards, the data and the trademarks that appear here.

What this site is

Cardhigher is a browser game: two trading card game cards come up, one with a value hidden, and you guess which of the two is higher.

It is used without registration, without an account and without paying. Nothing is sold here. There is a button to support the project with a voluntary contribution, and links to third-party shops from some of which the project may earn a commission; both are explained in the terms and conditions.

Conditions of use

Using Cardhigher means accepting the terms and conditions and this notice. Use must comply with the law and with good faith.

You may not interfere with how the service runs, attempt to reach non-public parts of it, automate play or score submission, or send unlawful content or content that infringes anyone’s rights.

Intellectual property

The code, the text, the design and the Cardhigher name belong to its operator, except where stated otherwise.

The card images, the names of the games and their trademarks do NOT belong to Cardhigher. Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana and Star Wars: Unlimited are trademarks of their respective owners — Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Bandai, Ravensburger and Fantasy Flight Games — none of whom has sponsored, endorsed or authorised this site, and none of whom is connected to it.

Images are displayed from each game’s public databases and belong to their owners. Card and price data comes from third parties and is credited in the privacy policy and the terms.

If you believe something infringes your rights

If you hold rights over content that appears here and believe its use is not covered, write to [EMAIL_LEGAL] saying which content it is, where it appears and on what basis. It will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed or replaced.

There is no designated agent for any particular jurisdiction’s notice-and-takedown procedure: that email address is the route.

Links to other sites

Cardhigher links to card databases, to shops and to a donation page. Those sites belong to third parties, have their own terms and policies, and Cardhigher neither controls nor answers for their content. Clicking one of those links takes you off Cardhigher.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Continuous availability and freedom from errors are not guaranteed, and card and price data comes from third parties and may contain errors or be out of date.

The operator is liable for damage it causes under the applicable law. Liability is neither excluded nor limited where the law does not allow it, in particular for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for damage to life or physical integrity, or in respect of rights that consumers have.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the law of [PAIS_ESTABLECIMIENTO]. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights and the venues that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you.
